Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Summercool account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, remote controls, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
